The satellite symposium will be held from 8:30 am to 3:20 pm at the Woodward Instructional Resource Centre.

The club luncheon will be held at the Sage Bistro at the University Centre.

ASV 2009 Salmon Barbeque, Tuesday, July 14 (C$60):
The salmon barbeque will be held at the stunning and world-renowned Museum of Anthropology. This event will feature West Coast-themed cuisine, including fresh barbequed salmon.

Space is limited for these optional events, so be sure to purchase entrance to these events on the online registration form.

The Secretariat will issue you the wire transfer banking information. Please note that a processing fee of C$8.50 applies for all wire transfer payments. Wire transfer payments can only be accepted on first time payments. All other payments must be made by credit card.

Payment by International Money Order: If you would like to pay by international money order, please complete the online registration form. Please select the 'Pay Later' option. Confirmation: Your registration and payment will be confirmed by email. Please use this confirmation as your registration receipt. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed until payment has been received. 
IMPORTANT: YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE CANCELLED IF YOU DO NOT PAY ALL OF YOUR FEES BY JUNE 11, 2009.

Cancellation Policy: Registration fees, less a C$50 penalty fee, will be refunded if cancellation is received by the ASV Secretariat in writing by June 11, 2009. For cancellations received after June 11, 2009, there will be no refunds.

Login and Password: On the online registration form, you will be asked to generate a registration login and password. This login will permit you to complete your registration payment at a later date if necessary, edit your personal details, as well as register for optional events.

Letter of Invitation to the Conference: A letter of invitation is issued solely for the purpose of assisting participants with visa applications and/or to obtain funding for their attendance at the conference. Such a letter does not imply any financial obligation on the part of the conference organizers.
