Pre Registration is Now Closed

PRE REGISTRATION FOR ASV 2009 IS NOW CLOSED.  We welcome you to register onsite at the Student Union Building Partyroom (upstairs), starting at 4 pm, Friday, July 11.

 
July 15 Late Check-out
If you require a late check-out on July 15, we will do our best to accommodate all requests at both the Walter Gage and Marine Drive Residences.  Please note that late check-outs will not be able to be accommodated in the Standard Single room types at the Walter Gage Residence.  Luggage storage will be available at both properties. 
 
What to do When you Arrive on Campus
YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ACCOMMODATION PACKAGE AT REGISTRATION.  We suggest that you check-in at your campus accommodation upon arrival on campus, before proceeding to Registration at the Student Union Building.

Early Bird Registration has Closed

June 1, 2009:

The Early Bird deadline has passed.  The $100 late penalty now applies to all full registration fees, excluding event tickets.
