Limited space is available, so interested parties are encouraged to reserve their preferred space as soon as possible.  The opportunity to reserve exhibition space will close on June 1, 2009.

The Exhibitor Registration Fee offers exhibitors one 10' by 10' Raw Exhibition Space (includes one 6' by 2' skirted table, two chairs, 8' high black drapery backwall and 3' high black drapery sidewalls), full registration for one company representative and one ticket to the Salmon Barbeque on July 14.  Registration fees include admission to the ASV Welcome Reception, all ASV scientific sessions, poster sessions, refreshment breaks, Evening Socials and the meal plan (breakfast Sun-Wed, lunch Sun-Tues and dinner Sun and Mon).

Exhibitors are also able to purchase an Additional Exhibitor Representative Fee which provides full registration for one company representative, but does not include admission to the Salmon Barbeque; a separate ticket for the barbeque must be purchased. 

Exhibitor space is extremely LIMITED and will be assigned as applications and payments are received.  Please download the ASV 2009 Exhibit and Posterboard Floorplan to view and select your preferred booth space (you will be able to note this preference on the Exhibitor Registration Form).  Please note that the floorplan is subject to change and that no requests can be guaranteed.

Confirmation: Exhibition space will be allocated only on receipt of the signed Exhibitor Registration Form, plus full payment.  Electronic confirmation will be provided to confirm the booking and payment.  Exhibitors will receive the Exhibitor Manual by May 11, 2009, detailing the move-in/move-out schedule, the confirmed floorplan, supplier details and shipping information.

Cancellation Policy: Exhibitor fees, less a C$50 penalty fee, will be refunded if cancellation is received by the ASV 2009 Conference Secretariat in writing by June 11th, 2009.  No refunds will be issued after this date.
