These accommodations combine the city's most spectacular views and location with the best value and variety of rooms possible. In addition to these advantages, on-campus accommodation offers the convenience of being in close proximity to the conference events and other ASV 2009 delegates.

STANDARD SINGLE - Walter Gage (Shared Washroom): Apartments with six single bedrooms located at the Walter Gage Residence. Guests share a common washroom, lounge and kitchenette (no utensils or cookware) with a fridge and stove. Each bedroom accommodates one person only. Apartments do not have telephone service or televisions. Limited pay parking is available during your stay.
PREMIUM SINGLE - Walter Gage (Shared Washroom): Apartments with four single bedrooms located at the Walter Gage Residence. Guests share a lounge, common washroom and kitchenette (no utensils or cookware) with a fridge and stove. Each bedroom accommodates one person only. Each bedroom has telephone service and the lounge has a television. Limited pay parking is available during your stay.
TOWER SUITE - Walter Gage (Private): Apartments with six bedrooms located at the Walter Gage Residence. Five bedrooms have single beds and one bedroom has a double bed. Apartment has a lounge, equipped kitchen, private washroom, television and telephone service. No minimum occupancy; maximum occupancy is seven. Limited pay parking is available during your stay.
SINGLE - Marine Drive (Shared Washrooms): Apartments with four single bedrooms located at the Marine Drive Residence. Guests share a lounge, two common washrooms and kitchenette (no utensils or cookware) with a fridge and stove. Coffee and tea is provided. Each room accommodates one person only. Each bedroom has telephone service, with a direct line. Apartments do not have televisions. Limited pay parking is available during your stay.
STUDIO SUITE - Marine Drive (Private):Located at the Marine Drive Residence. Suites consist of a bed/sitting area with a double bed; suitable for two persons only. Suite includes kitchenette (no utensils or cookware), private washroom with shower and telephone service. Suites do not have televisions. Limited pay parking is available during your stay.
SINGLE ROOM - Place Vanier (Shared Washroom):Single occupancy rooms with one single bed are located in a 4-storey building at the Place Vanier Residence, with a common washroom on each floor (male and female washrooms on separate floors), TV lounge on alternate floors, and pay telephones on most floors. Elevators and cooking facilities are not available. Towels and soap will be provided. Limited pay parking is available during your stay.
TWIN ROOM - Place Vanier (Shared Washroom): Double occupancy rooms with two single bed are located in a 4-storey building at the Place Vanier Residence, with a common washroom on each floor (male and female washrooms on separate floors), TV lounge on alternate floors, and pay telephones on most floors. Elevators and cooking facilities are not available. Towels and soap will be provided. Limited pay parking is available during your stay.

Private suites have been set aside for ASV delegates at St. John's College. The suites are equipped with double beds (one per suite) and are suitable for double occupancy. The suites also provide private washrooms, telephones, televisions, coffee makers, bar fridges and data ports. The suites are available at C$111, plus applicable taxes, from Sundays to Thursdays and C$99, plus applicable taxes, on Fridays and Saturdays. Daily breakfast and dinner is included with these rates and is non-negotiable. Please see the St. John's College website for further information about their suites and meal plan. Please ensure to mention you are with ASV when making your reservation.

Changes or cancellations for individual reservations must reach the Reservations Department 48 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid penalty of one night’s room and tax.
Shuttles will not be provided to the conference venue from off-campus accommodation facilities. Taxi and bus are the easiest modes of transportation to reach the campus. Your front desk staff or concierge can arrange a taxi for you (mention the specific venue that you are heading to, ex. the Chan Centre), and buses run to campus along all major streets in the city. Parking is also available on campus if you choose to rent a vehicle.
